What brought you to Lancaster County?

My sister; I came to visit her and to experience something new

How did you hear about MIH?

When I was a senior at McCaskey High School, a student teacher couselor from MU told me about it

What surprised you most when you first came to the U.S.?

That everyone is so busy with work that they don't have much time to spend with family and friends.

What is your favorite food?

Latin food - especially anything with plantains and grilled meat!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Spending time with my friend, learning new things (like violin and sign language), drawing, and watching TV

What do you plan to do after this year?

A mission trip to Colombia, working at a Christian school with Special Education kids

What do you enjoy about living at MIH?

The opportunity to get to know people from a lot of different countries, and the relationships that you can build with them.  Everyone is like your brothers and your sisters.
