ELI MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the English Language Institute (ELI) at the Millersville International House (MIH) is to provide professional instruction in the English language and related skills to increase the proficiency of English Language Learners so that they can successfully achieve their goals in the classroom, workplace, and the global community.
